SIGNING UP AND LOGGING IN
How do I sign up?
- If you are a new customer to Dacotah Paper Company, you'll need to fill out a customer application to get a customer ID.
First, please complete the customer application and email it to info@dacotahpaper.com.
A customer ID will be emailed to you once your application has been processed. - Register for online ordering here
Complete and submit the form. An account activation confirmation will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days.
*Please note: A customer account number is required to sign up for a website account. - Log in to your new account using your username and password
*Please note: your username and password are CASE SENSITIVE.
How do I get online support?
- If you would like assistance with online ordering, please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583.
I lost my password. What do I do?
- To reset your password click here. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
- You may also call Customer Service at 800-323-7583, and they will be able to provide you with a temporary password.
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION AND MANAGEMENT
I haven't received my e-mail stating my account has been activated?
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be fully activated.
- After 1-2 business days, if you have not received an email with the status of your account, please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583 – they will provide you with account information.
Can I have multiple customer accounts under one online account?
- Yes, if you would like to add a customer account to your current online account please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583.
- Upon check-out, you will then be able to select which account you would like the order processed.
How do I update my user information?
- Log into your account at store.dacotahpaper.com and update your user information in the user profile section. For assistance, please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583.
Can I have my order delivered to an address different than the one under my customer account?
- Approved alternate addresses may be added to your online account. Please call or contact Customer Service
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
What areas do you deliver to?
- Using our gold and black fleet, we deliver to seven states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Iowa. Check our delivery map or call customer service for details.
How much is the delivery fee?
- When delivering on the regular scheduled truck: there is no minimum order, delivery fees, or surcharges.
What if I need expedited shipping?
- For urgent orders, we can arrange expedited shipping with an additional freight charge via one of our common carrier partners.
Can I place an order without an online account?
- You can place orders by phone (800-323-7583), email (cservice@dacotahpaper.com), or through your sales representative. Online ordering requires a registered account for faster processing.
How quickly are web orders processed?
- Web orders entered before 2PM (CST) will be processed the same business day and delivered on your next scheduled truck. You'll get a confirmation email once it's been submitted.
- If it is after 2PM(CST) on the day your truck is loaded, please call Customer Service at 800-323-7583 to ensure your order is delivered.
- Orders for Monday delivery must be in by Friday at 2PM (CST).
What happens when an item is out of stock?
- If your business is on automatic backorder the item will be backordered and delivered to you once the item comes back into stock.
- If you have any questions regarding stock quantity of items or suggested sub items please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583.
Is there a way to find out when my order will be delivered?
- Please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583.
- If you need your order before your next scheduled delivery, we can ship it to you with another shipping service if you are willing to pay the freight charge.

Can I view my order history online?
- Registered users can view their online order history by logging into their account and selecting order history.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
How do I cancel an order?
- If you would like to cancel all or part of an order, please call or contact Customer Service 800-323-7583.
Please Note: Cancellation will depend on whether or not your delivery truck has been loaded.
How do I return a web order?
- Orders placed via the web can be returned as long as they are in the original packaging and in sellable condition.
- If you would like to return and item, please contact your sales rep. Not sure how to contact them? Click the My Sales Representative tab under My Account
- Please Note: Special orders cannot be returned.
